I am considering doing something with this at a later date. This was my dissertation project back in 2004.
One For Sorrow examines depression and our relationship with it. It explores the idea that we fuel our own depression in a spiral of despair. Set in a dark and surreal landscape it follows the struggle between emotion, self doubt and rationale.
It is a powerful and emotive play and I might combine it with other university adventures I had along the way.

Schizophrenia is a debilitating and life destroying condition that few understand. Mirrors in the Abyss explores the prejudices and preconceptions. Journey with Hugh through his trials and tribulations and coping with the diagnosis of schizophrenia.
